  • Who are qualified to avail of this offer?
    Existing Suntel 249 subscribers in current status are qualified. They may only start claiming once they reach the end of their original contract period.
  • Does this offer also apply to corporate accounts?
    Yes, corporate accounts are qualified./li>
  • Can tenured subscribers in delinquent status (as of claiming date) still qualify?
    Yes, for regular Suntel 249 subs, they simply have to settle their outstanding balance as of claiming date. Existing ACMD parameters shall also apply.
    For Suntel 249 SIM-only lines with 6 months holding period, account must be at least 6 months on books and has no delinquency history in the past 6 months.
  • How can subscribers claim their free handsets?
    Subscribers may visit the nearest Digitel Business Center or The Sun Shop. Should they wish to avail through a representative, he/ she must send his original signed subscription renewal form, photocopy of his/ her valid ID, representative’s original ID, and a duly-signed authorization letter
  • Can the subscriber request delivery of the handset?
    We can not allow this for the meantime.
  • What are the NDD/CMTS rates for this plan?
    Request for activation of NDD/CMTS access by the subs is needed and subject for CMD approval.
    NDD calls to other network is at Php 4.50/ minute while calls to mobile phones is at Php 6.50/ minute.
  • What if the subscriber pre-terminates his/ her account before the end of his/ her new holding period?
    He/ She must pay the cost of the handset, existing pre-term fees, and outstanding balance (if any).

    Existing Suntel 499 residential subscribers in current status (0-30DPD) are qualified. They may start claiming as early as they reach their 21st month. All related accounts of the subscriber must also be current and must not be disconnected due to delinquency.
  • Does this offer also apply to corporate accounts?
    No, only residential accounts are qualified.
  • Can tenured subscribers in delinquent status still avail?
    Yes, they simply have to settle their outstanding balance as of claiming date. Existing ACMD parameters shall apply.
  • How can subscribers claim their free handsets?

  • What are the NDD/CMTS rates for this offer?
    NDD calls to other network: Php 4.50/ min
    Calls to Mobile phones: Php 6.50/ min

    *Thus, subscribers can enjoy monthly allowance equivalent to 22 minutes worth of NDD Calls or 15 minutes worth of CMTS calls. Calls in excess of the allotted P100, will be charged accordingly.
