DIGITEL’s Kumustahang May Panalo Promo will run from December 15, 2011 to March 20, 2012. Grand draw will be on March 20, 2012.
Digitel and SunTel postpaid and prepaid residential landline accountholders who are in good credit standing are eligible to join the promo. No additional registration needed.
Postpaid and prepaid accounts may top up their accounts with prepaid cards (or use a prepaid card to call) but the winner shall be the accountholder, regardless of ownership of the prepaid card.
There are two (2) ways to earn raffle entries:
i. Three (3) raffle entries upon hitting the first 5 minutes and 1 additional entry per succeeding
minute of
outbound NDD calls and calls to mobile.
ii. Five (5) raffle entries upon hitting the first 10 minutes and 3 additional entries per succeeding minute of
outbound IDD calls.
Call minutes from NDD calls to Digitel & SunTel are excluded from the promo.
For subscribers who have multiple landline accounts, each account is qualified to earn raffle entries.
Qualification of calls will be based on the billed minutes.
Subscribers can win only once during a monthly draw. However, winners are still eligible for the GRAND RAFFLE draw.
Winners will be informed through a notification letter, personal call and through email (if with email address on record)
Subscriber must be “current” in status, meaning that he must be updated in settling bills
All prizes, with the exception of the Samsung Corby II phones, will be given as Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are transferable, but not convertible to cash. International prize has a validity period of 6 months from date of issuance.
Local prizes have a validity period of 1 year from date of issuance.
Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash once booked
Winners should present 2 valid IDs and the notification letter to claim their prizes. Should a representative need to claim the prize on behalf of the winner, he/she must present the notification letter, 2 valid IDs of the winner plus an authorization letter and 2 of his/her valid IDs. Valid IDs must have pictures of the concerned individuals on them
Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification from Digitel. Otherwise, they shall be forfeited and retained by Digitel with prior DTI approval
The prize tax of 20%, if applicable, shall be shouldered by Digitel
Raffles will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative
All draws will be held at the Digitel Pasig Data Center, E. Mejia St. cor. F. Pike. St., Bagong Ilog, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative
Employees of Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc., Digital Mobile Philippines, Inc. and its accredited service providers including their relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo
In case of dispute, the decision of Digitel with the concurrence of DTI will be final and binding
