How to Use:
1. From any Digitel landline or payphone dial 103-72
2. After the voice prompt, enter your 10-digit PIN
3. Upon hearing the card balance, press 1 to make a call
4. Then dial the destination number
    To make a call to the USA, dial
    Example: 00 1 716 1234567
